Communications and Content – We collect in-app messages, chat transcripts, maintenance requests, reviews, uploaded lease documents, and similar communications.
Usage and Technical Information – We automatically log IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, referring pages, search queries, listings viewed, and other browsing data.
Third-Party Sources – We may receive data from MLS feeds, Zillow API, Trestle MLS, Google OAuth, Facebook OAuth, Apple OAuth, and other integrated providers.

- Communicate with users regarding listings, bookings, or support inquiries;
